Made-to-order items can take between 5-10 business days to ship. These aren’t just thrown together they’re made with care, precision, and a touch of magic (okay, maybe just a lot of skill).

Shipping time is how long it takes for your order to get to your house after the store sends it.
Processing time is how long it takes for the store to get your order ready to
send. We need to put it in a box and make a special label for the delivery person to know where to take it.
So, shipping time is like waiting for your order to come in the mail, and
processing time is like the store getting your order ready to send to you.

We mean it: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once you’ve made your purchase, there’s no going back. We do not offer refunds or returns unless your product is broken or something wild happens (in which case, we’ll chat).

We get it maybe that banner looked bigger in your head, or your new t-shirt clashes with your cat’s fur. No worries, we accept exchanges for t-shirts, hoodies, banners, and skate decks—but there’s a 15% restocking fee (because putting things back isn’t free). The item must be in new, unused condition, and sorry, but return shipping is on you. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service because lost packages make everyone sad.
For stickers, just shoot us an email at info@ultrasprite.com with your order number no restocking fees, no fuss, just a quick chat to sort things out.

Most UltraSprite orders come with $100 in shipping insurance, just in case your package decides to go on an unexpected adventure. UltraSprite is not liable for lost or damaged products during shipping (we wish we could personally deliver everything, but teleportation isn’t a thing yet).
If your order arrives looking like it went three rounds with a forklift, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing—trust us, they’ll ask for it.
